📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.


🚚 Delivery Times & Carriers

We partner with reputable third-party carriers such as UPS, DHL, USPS, and other freight agents to deliver your order.

  • Metro areas: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days
  • Remote areas: Delivery may take up to 10 business days

📍 Delivery Address Requirements

  • No PO Boxes: Our couriers do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please ensure you provide a valid physical address to avoid any delays.
  • Apartments with Secure Access: If the courier cannot access your building, the item will be returned to the depot, and a notification card will be left in your mailbox. Redelivery may incur additional fees.

⚡ Express Delivery

🌍 Shipping Restrictions

Some items may not be suitable for overseas delivery. If you're placing an order from outside the United States, please contact us first to confirm shipping eligibility.


📦 Authority to Leave (ATL)

By default, our couriers will deliver your parcel to the address provided. If no one is home and the area is deemed secure, the parcel will be left at your front door (Authorized to Leave).

If you prefer an alternative delivery arrangement, please notify us at checkout or contact us in advance.


🕵️ Delivery Follow-Up

If your parcel is returned to the depot or requires redelivery due to access issues, you may be responsible for additional courier fees. Please ensure that your delivery address is accessible and attended, where possible.
