Shipping policy
  1. All orders will be processed within two business day.
  2. We use third party freight agents, couriers or US Post or DHL or UPS to handle our out-going goods. It takes about 5-7 days for general Metropolitan addresses and up to 10 working days for remote area. Please contact us if you have any urgent requirements.
  3. Our courier contractor does not deliver to PO BOX. Do make sure you send us physical address to avoid any delays.
  4. Express delivery is available upon request.
  5. Some items are not suitable for overseas customers. Please do contact us before you make your order.
  6. Our couriers will deliver the item to your supplied address by default. Should there be no one at home to collect the package, the item will be left at your front door; if secure. The default action if no one answers the door to collect the parcel is AUTHORIZED TO LEAVE (ATL). 
  7. For apartment units with a secure door, should the couriers be unable to access the inside, the item will be returned to the courier depot and a notice card will be left in your mail box. Please contact the depot for further action. Any request for redelivery due to such situations may incur further cost.
  8. Do open and inspect your item as soon as you have received it. Should there be any dissatisfaction, damage or questions regarding the product, kindly refer to our Any unsatisfactions , damage or question must be raised within our 30 day Refund Policy.
