Eligibility for Refunds
(A) To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase.
(B) Products must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged, with all original packaging intact.
(C) Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a full refund. A 20% restocking fee may apply.
(D) Items purchased over 30 days may be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value, with applicable restocking fees and price differences.
(E) If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact our support team at support@7pandas.com and include the following details:

- Clear photos showing the product defect or quality issue
- Purchase date
- Order number
- Full name
Important: Please contact us before returning any item to obtain the necessary return authorization. Our support team will respond at the earliest opportunity to assist you with the refund process.
Refund Process
(A) Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
(B) For credit card payments, please allow 5 - 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Change of Mind Returns
(A) If you wish to return your order due to a change of mind, an incorrect item ordered, an unsuitable product, or any reason other than receiving a defective item or an error on our part, please contact our support team via email at support@7pandas.com and provide the following details:

- Date of purchase
- Order number
- Full name
Once your return has been authorized, you may proceed to send the item back to our warehouse at your own cost. A refund will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
(B) Please note that damaged or used items may incur additional charges. All exchanges, returns, and cancellations are subject to a 10% or $20 administrative and restocking fee (whichever is higher), unless the return is due to a shipping error on our part.
Non-Eligible Returns
(A) Refunds will not be issued if:
