Delivery & Return
- All orders will be processed within two business day.
- We use third party freight agent, couriers or USPS or UPS or DHL to handle our out-going goods. It takes about 5-7 days for general metropolitan address and up to 10 working days for remote area. Please contact us if you have urgent need.
- Our courier contractor could not deliver to PO BOX, make sure you send us physical address to avoid delay.
- Express delivery available upon request.
- Some items are not suitable for oversea customer, do contact us before you order.
- Our couriers by default will deliver the item to your supplied address, if no one at home, item will be left at your front door if secure , ATL AUTHORIZED TO LEAVE, is the default action if nobody answer the door.
- Most unit, apartments has secure door, if couriers can't get access, item will be returned to courier depot and a notice card will be left in your mail box. Please contact the depot for further action. Redelivery due to such may incur further cost.
- Open and inspect your item as soon as you received the item. Any unsatisfactions, damage or question must be raised within our 30-days policy.
- All items are covered with our 30days return policy. ALWAYS CONTACT US BEFORE YOU SEND BACK ITEM!
- Return/exchange or refund is accepted if the return is due to item defective, not as described in the list or parts damaged during post.
- In case an item is defected or isn't described as a list, and you want a new one to be posted. We will send a new one and may ask to return the previous one before the new one is sent.
- We will need you to print out the courier return label and official Return Note, contact below email for Return Note and Return label. We will provide you Australian Post return label, you only need to drop an item to the post office.?
- The returned item must in original condition and packing materials for exchange or refund. The damaged or used item may incur additional charges. All exchanges, returns & cancellations are subject to a 10% or $12.00 admin & restocking fee, whichever is higher unless we made an error on shipping.

- All the goods need to keep in original condition, packages well as received.
- Add reasons for return or replace, purchase date, your Order Number and name.
