Your bedroom should be the most relaxing room in your house! The average person spends around 8 hours a night sleeping. 8 hours per day, times 7 days a week, times 52 weeks a year equals..... a lot of hours sleeping! 

If you are having difficulty sleeping, or simply need to re-do your bedroom, we have plenty of ideas that may help make your bedroom the room of your dreams.

First thing's first - you need to pick the perfect lighting. Something soft that is not harsh in the evening can help set the right mood as bed-time nears.If you love overhead lighting, a chandelier paired with a dimmer is a great way to go. However, we recommend the use of table lamps or floor lamps for quick and easy access.
